6TH CAER-IFPRI ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS AND SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEM IN CHINA

The 6th CAER-IFPRI Annual Conference on “Resource Constraints and Sustainable Food System In China” will be held October 16-17, 2014 in Shaanxi, China, aiming to explore the related issues and countermeasures of sustainable food in both China and the rest of the world, because the resource constraints and their impacts on food system have become the center of societal discussions in China. 

The conference is calling for papers, addressing topics on but not limited to agriculture and economic development, agricultural market, trade and prices, food production and food security, food consumptions and food safety, rural land system and reform, rural labor and mobilization, rural finance and investment, rural institutional innovation, natural resources and agriculture, environment and agriculture, agriculture in BRICS countries, and Sino-Africa agriculture cooperation.
