Themed "Human Nutrition and Livestock” the 2nd Scientific Asia and the Pacific Symposium on Sustainable Diets will bring together dieticians, nutritionists, scientists, researchers and students on food and agricultural field, progressive farmers, policy makers, and others with interests in human nutrition and livestock sector.

This 3-day symposium aims to provide participants fascinating insights, the most up-to-date multidisciplinary scientific knowledge, and practical know-how on a wide range of topics including a global challenge, nutrition and environmental controversies surrounding livestock sector; intensive and extensive livestock feeding systems and relation to human nutrition; minor dairy species and breed, including animal genetic resources; meat and dairy and consumption and dietary pattern; safety of meat and dairy products; prospecting and utilization of natural resource for sustainable diets, including water application and plant resource; sustainable use of natural resource; and regional perspectives on food and nutrition security and livestock development.

An international food exhibition will also be organized during the conference that will feature the latest innovations and technology in the field. Participants will enjoy the famous warmth hospitality of Mongolians, while visiting Tsonjing Boldog field trip.
